Eating isn’t easy for everyone…

I’m here to make a safe space to chat about it.

I work with adolescents and adults who want support with food, nutrition and nourishing their bodies, whether that’s by mouth, through a feeding tube, or both.

Food is complicated. For some people, eating can be straightforward. For others, it can involve sensory differences, disability, medical conditions, feeding difficulties, a complicated relationship with food, or simply figuring out how to nourish yourself in a way that works for your life.

My approach is practical, individualised and not about your weight. I don’t do strict meal plans or tell you what you should be eating. We work together to find what actually works for you, your health and your life.

No judgement.
No food police.
No perfect diet required.
Just support.
